This is my second game, a medieval chess style NPC controlled battle simulation game.

In this battle simulator there are two teams, the Light team and the Dark team. When summoned, a random selection of 6 chessmen are chosen between the 6 classes of chessmen, Pawns, Rooks, Knights, Bishops, Queens and Kings.

Pawns and Rooks go after Knights and Bishops

Knights and Bishops go after Queens and Kings

Queens and Kings go after Pawns and Rooks

All chessmen have between 1 and 3 lives.

All the actions taken by every chessmen are shown in the Combat Log. The Combat Log can be scrolled up or down using a mouse scroll wheel, or dragging the Combat Log up or down on click.

There isn't much human interaction in this game in this game besides adding more chessmen on both sides by a multiple of 6, but the production has definitely has built the foundation of my understanding behind the mechanics of NPC characters.

I also made a DDLC mod earlier, but I cannot publish it here as it is a violation of Team Salvato IP Guidelines :( I'll get it soon on my personal website which will be posted here and on my itch page :3

I do not own any of the unity assets, font or the music. The unity assets I used are paid for, and the use is covered under EULA and licensed to my unity account for personal use. The author of the font Nishiki Teki states on the official download page: "Feel free to use for your creative works and other purposes.", and on the official YouTube music video for Glory, where my background derives, states "This is completely free music, that you can use it for your project. Music for video production that can be used as a background. More info on the description.".
